Our small tonnage, electro-mechanic presses , suitable for small assemblies are extremely noiseless and do no require a pneumatic supply system.
Moreover, in a Giani crank press, the lower point and the power applied are the same with every cycle

The shapes and structures of our presses can be adapted to clients' requirements and be especially manufactured to be integrated into a more complex project.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
  • Base types available: adjustable base, removable base, rotary table.
  • Manufacturing details: Strong, electro-soldered steel structure protected by epoxy paint
  • Maximum press capacity: 12 kN to 150 kN. The strength applied is directly proportional to the type of manufacturing; this ensures the dies a longer life span
  • Preset stroke: 20 - 40mm
  • Adjustable stroke: variable, 20 to 40 mm. Other lengths on request
  • Electric power: 3 x 240-400V/50-80 Hz. Other voltages on request
  • Motor: between 0.55 and 5.5 kW
  • Revolutions: over 7500 cycles/h
  • Noise: all presses are extremely noiseless thanks to the use of solid-state actuators
  • Types of cycles available: normal, two-strokes cycle, inching and reverse running.
  • In all models braking is electronic and, when idle, the motor stops. On request, for the NCP12, NCP 20 and NCP 30 models, braking with inverter
  • Theelectronic equipment, with micro-processor control, is fitted aboard the machine and is contained in a metal box with control panel in front of the operator
  • An LCD monitor allows to control all operations, during programming as well as during work.
  • All presses are noiseless thanks to the use of solid-state actuators
  • Maintenance is restricted to lubrication of sliding and rotating parts only, every 100 working hours

APPLICATIONS

These crank presses are normally used for small assemblies (riveting, caulking, punching, cutting, etc).

The wide span between the shoulders and the large-size bases allows to use many types of dies.

Giani presses are manually used like pedal-controlled, bench machinery (on request with two, inter-locked buttons) as well as in automatic mode, connected to a transfer machine. They satisfy different and non-standard requirements with the possibility of automation by means of rotary or traverse tables or continuous feed.
