The NCP 80 presses are suitable for any type of die
On request, these presses can be supplied fitted with photo-electric barriers permitting manual loading directly in the working area. Moreover, also on request, an air-operated mobile safety shield can be fitted.
In addition, it is also possible to install a loading cell to control the power supplied.
The electrical equipment installed allows their use as pressing modules within various types of plant.

Specifically designed for seaming; the NCP 80 presses are fitted with an upper T-connection and with an upper T-connection and with a universal three-prong bolster plate. With this type of connection and with 135,8mm shut height, the NCP 80 crank press is able to accommodate all mini applicators. Moreover, it is fitted with a support for bobbins.
The electric equipment on board the Giani crank presses allows for their use as pressing modules within various types of plant. In addition, they are preset for the installation of an air-operated mobile safety shield .
